Abstract

A 55 year old female patient came to the neurology OPD with complaints of giddiness since 1month and vomiting since 15 days. There was no history of focal neurological deficit/ fever/ seizures/ headache/visual disturbances. No history of any co-morbidities. Neurological examination was normal.
